4thBreakout is really simple breakout game. Using four paddles (top, right, bottom and left) you must hit the ball into the bricks to break them, at the same time you use the paddles to keep the ball inside the screen or else you loose a life, break all the bricks and advance to the next level.

The game was created using the PureBasic (version 5.71 LTS) language and compiler. You can download the provided packages for Windows (x64) and Linux (tested at Lubuntu 18.10-amd64). The game should also run on OS X. Feel free to get a copy of the source code and compile it yourself. Here you can download a free version of PureBasic.

Update: Now, thanks to the SpiderBasic compiler, the game can be played in the browser too! The source code works on both SpiderBasic and PureBasic compilers. You can download SpiderBasic compiler here.

Any donations will be used to buy a full license of PureBasic ;)

It is a nice try!! The game is a combination of Pong and Breakout.  I don't use PureBasic. However, I heard that it was a very good language software!
In addition to the official forum, I see some advanced discussions here.
